Trailer maker Wabash promoted SVP of Strategic Marketing Drew Schwartzhoff to chief commercial officer, replacing Kevin Page, who is retiring.
While the changes were effective Jan. 15, Page will remain as a senior adviser until June 1 to support the transition over the next five months, a news release said. A securities filing said he will be entitled to severance benefits.
“Kevin has made significant contributions during his time with Wabash, leaving a lasting legacy of leadership and strategic vision,” President and CEO Brent Yeagy said in the announcement. “We are grateful for his dedication and impact on the organization, and we wish him and his family all the best in this next chapter.”
Page joined the company eight years ago, and he felt privileged to work alongside such talented individuals, he said in a LinkedIn post. He played a noteworthy role in “navigating new opportunities and advancing the company’s customer-focused strategy,” the company said.
Schwartzhoff joined the company in 2023 as VP of marketing, following similar roles at brokerage giant C.H. Robinson and dairy products company Kemps.
Additionally, the company named Donald Winston, SVP of global operations, to SVP and COO, effective Jan. 15. Winston joined the firm a year ago as VP of global operations.
Before that, he held VP of operations roles at packaging manufacturers Novolex, Closure Systems International, and Ardagh Group. Winston also worked as a production superintendent at Ford Motor Co.
“Drew and Donald are exceptional leaders who bring a powerful combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to Wabash,” Yeagy said. “Drew’s customer-first approach and proven ability to align strategy with execution, paired with Donald’s dedication to operational excellence and continuous improvement, position us to deliver even greater value to our customers and partners as we pursue our growth strategy.”
