Each year on National Wreaths Across America Day, trucking firms deliver trailers filled with thousands of wreaths to cemeteries across all 50 states, to remember and honor U.S. war veterans.
These trucking companies are part of what the non-profit organization Wreaths Across America calls the "Honor Fleet."
This year's event took place on Dec. 17 at 3,136 locations, including Arlington National Cemetery. A total of 390 carriers delivered 525 truckloads of wreaths, according to a news release from Wreaths Across America.
Check out the social media posts and photos below from 2021's event at sites across the nation.
