Our new regular series, "Filling the Driver's Seat," looks at how the trucking industry is adapting to a leaner labor market. In its first edition, Transport Dive's Colin Campbell talked with Yellow safety trainer Rich Frazer about the company's tuition-free driver program and goal to train 1,000 drivers this year.
