RoadOne IntermodaLogistics is making changes to its senior leadership team to better navigate tough market conditions, according to an April 8 press release.
Here is a breakdown of the recent executive shifts:
- Sarah Sessa-McCaughey joined RoadOne as SVP of finance in February and now leads all financial aspects of the business.
- Keefe Murtaugh joined the team as VP of business development in February. Murtaugh aims to identify new market opportunities and drive strategy partnerships to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence.
- Dave Hensal joined RoadOne in March as SVP of RoadOne LogisticSystems. He has 35 years of experience in the logistics industry, including more than 10 with drayage carrier Eagle Systems.
- Michael Bradbury has been leading the operations team as VP of RoadOne LogisticSolutions within the brokers division since January.
- Gary Richardson was hired in March as VP of warehouse operations. Richardson controls all warehouse operations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for RoadOne’s asset-based warehouse footprint.
- Alexander Joyce was promoted to VP of strategic growth and oversees all pricing, marketing and acquisition efforts. Joyce started at the company in September 2020 as manager of strategic growth initiatives.
- Kaytie Kellaway joined RoadOne as social media and marketing manager in January as the company looks to strengthen its brand and online presence. She has more than a decade of experience in film and advertisement production.
“In a time when the logistics industry faces increasing complexity, it’s critical that we bring in top talent to drive forward-thinking solutions,” said Ken Kellaway, co-founder, president and CEO of RoadOne, in the release.
Randolph, Massachusetts-based RoadOne is also looking to to expand its regional presence and service offerings in key areas of the U.S., the release said. In the last year, the company opened locations in Denver and San Antonio, and is now eyeing an expansion into the Kansas City, Missouri, region.
The company is also reinforcing its partnerships along the southern border to enhance its cross-border transportation of goods between the U.S. and Mexico.
“The combination of these elements will enable RoadOne to not only weather current challenges but also emerge as a stronger and more agile player in the logistics industry,” the release said.
