Kevin Beth was named EVP, CFO and treasurer of Hub Group, the company said in a regulatory filing last week.
Beth, currently chief accounting officer, begins his new role Jan. 1, succeeding Geoff DeMartino, according to the Oak Brook, Illinois-based transportation services and brokerage firm.
DeMartino, who has served the post since July 1, 2020, will stay on through early February to assist with the transition, according to the filing. His LinkedIn profile lists him as “#OpenToWork.”
Beth will also be responsible for his current duties as chief accounting officer until a successor is appointed, the company said.
Beth, a certified public accountant, joined Hub group in 2003 as corporate controller and became assistant treasurer in 2007. He held other executive roles with the company, taking on additional responsibilities prior to his promotion to his present position in July 2020.
